DESCRIPTION: This class acts as two classes combined. The first half of class is a quick and impactful total body workout! We will use resistance and cardio training techniques to improve your endurance and help you build strength. The second half of class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles to increase flexibility. (30 minutes)
