Account Service Representative

If I had to summarize the culture at Apex, the word I would use is teamwork. I never have to worry that I will face something on my own. I can count on my teammates to support me.

But it goes deeper than that. Every member of the team brings that same teamwork and collaboration to supporting our clients.

With this many experts around, it is important to be willing to learn from each other. And that’s what I see each day. A team dedicated to building an environment of constant growth — both as individuals and as an organization.

There are many reasons I feel fortunate to work at Apex. First and foremost, as cliché as it sounds, we all work together toward a common goal — advocating for our clients and their people.

In fact, I have never been a part of a conversation in which employees’ interests were not a priority. Apex regularly sacrifices opportunities to make commissions to do what is best for our clients.

One other thing that sticks out is the sheer amount of talent surrounding and supporting me. I can take on any challenge with this team at my back. That’s something I couldn’t find anywhere else.
