    Responsible for leading key initiatives and projects necessary to ensure 5-star client service levels are achieved. Works closely with Client Services, Information Technology, Kinetiq Health, Marketing and Sales to enhance and document internal and external processes to create efficiencies and track adherence. Identifies opportunities for innovation within the client journey and coordinates project execution. Collaborates with Marketing Communications to create consistent client-facing content and ensures the delivery of those client deliverables meet brand guidelines.     Marketing Communications Analyst

    The Analyst will study market conditions, competitor activities and client and consumer behavior. Working alongside other areas of the organization, the Analyst will set up data reporting structures, and gather, analyze, and compile data needed to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations.
