From assistance with managing claims questions to spearheading open enrollment initiatives, this team is your partner for 24/7 support.

Compliance and Risk Management

In-house counsel and compliance experts monitor regulatory updates including comprehensive health and welfare regulations, and employment and HR laws at the federal, state and local levels. They issue timely compliance alerts and regulatory notices to clients when appropriate and also assist in whatever way is most convenient. This could include completion of 5500s, review of SPDs and in-person or virtual consultation or group training.
