We know life is busy but rushing through tasks or driving fast can only lead to problems. Researchers show that living in a frenetic state – always working and rushing – can lead to stress and accidents.

• Ask for help – If you feel there is not enough time to do the amount of work you have, delegate if you can or ask for help.
• Take your time – When performing a tedious task, you need to focus and take it slow for the best outcome. Rushing triggers mistakes.
• Walk; don’t run – Never run at the work site because you could miss obstacles in your way.
• Slow down – In the long run, it will save you time and keep you safe.
