Zooming in on Transparency in Pharmacy Benefits

Less is more, right? When it comes to pharmacy benefits, this is absolutely applicable.
It’s called Lesser of Language, or language in your PBM contract that instructs PBMs must use the lowest price of a drug on the market when it comes to payment — not the highest price. That means you pay the lesser price.
PBMs want to charge the higher price — which means you’re paying more. You need to make sure the right language is in your PBM contract, and we can make sure it’s there for you.
