Tina is an onsite Benefits Administrator where she performs all facets of employee benefits administration, including: health insurance, family medical leave, flexible spending account, group dependent and supplemental life plans, short/long term disability and records maintenance.

Tina has 20 years of experience working with the State of Indiana. She worked for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles as a human resources program coordinator where she administered benefits for 1,600 BMV personnel; and with the Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA)/Division of Family Resources (DFR) as an eligibility consultant where she determined eligibility for Healthy Indiana Plan applicants.

Fun fact: Tina attended high school at Heidelberg American High School in Heidelberg, Germany. One of the most important parts of her life is her Church, where she is very active and is a team member of the church’s C.A.R.E. Ministry.
