Sarah is responsible for driving Apex’s new business strategy and execution, working alongside advisors to uncover and capture high-value opportunities.

Sarah brings more than a decade of experience in business development, most recently as co-founder of Factor15 Consulting, where she helped clients align their revenue strategies and achieve sustainable, scalable growth. A proud 2013 graduate of DePauw University and a three-time state tennis champion, Sarah is known for her strategic rigor and her talent for turning growth strategy into measurable results.

Outside of work, Sarah lives in Westfield with her husband and their four-year-old daughter. Sarah currently serves as Vice President for a networking group focused on healthcare initiatives in Indiana. When she’s not working, you will find her at her family’s lake in Northern Michigan or at her daughter’s swim lessons.
