Renee received her bachelor’s in business from Bethel University and has 14 years of employee benefits experience advising employers on comprehensive benefit strategies. She specializes in aligning plan design, funding mechanisms, and long-term cost management with each organization’s business objectives. Renee brings a thoughtful approach to client partnerships by balancing financial insight with a deep understanding of the employee experience.

Renee has spent her career in the employee benefits industry. Prior to joining Apex, she has worked at both a national and a regional employee benefits firm. During this time, she served in both a client service seat as well as leadership.

Outside of the office, Renee values time with her family, road trips to new destinations, and staying active through fitness and outdoor activities.
