Nolan Pearson serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Apex Benefits Group, which includes Apex Benefits, Innovative Rx Strategies and Kinetiq Health. In this role, he leads day-to-day operations across the organization and oversees shared services, ensuring teams are equipped with the clarity, resources and accountability to excel. With a strong focus on execution, Nolan is dedicated to strengthening organizational alignment, developing leaders, and driving high-performance outcomes that enhance both client impact and company growth.

Before joining Apex, Nolan spent nine years at Royal United Mortgage, where he most recently served as President and Chief Financial Officer, while also serving seven years on the company’s Board of Directors. In this role, he was directly responsible for Finance, Compliance, Secondary Marketing, IT, Recruiting, and Sales, and was engaged in all aspects of running the organization. Nolan worked closely with the leadership team to strengthen financial performance and operational efficiency. Earlier in his career, he served as a Finance leader at Leidos Health (previously maxIT Healthcare) for five years.

Nolan earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University in 2007 and his MBA from Ball State University in 2010. He lives in Fishers with his wife, Meghan, and their three children. Outside of work, Nolan enjoys supporting his daughters in cheerleading and gymnastics, attending sporting events and concerts, and cheering on his favorite teams — IU basketball and football, Colts football, Notre Dame football, the Pacers, and the Cincinnati Reds. He and his family are proud members of Holy Spirit Parish at Geist.
