Nick is responsible for operational excellence and continuous improvement projects within the Client Services and Engagement business unit. He manages and directs the Market Analysis and Account Service support teams; he also actively monitors project lifecycles by engaging with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure all initiatives, schedules and deadlines are on track to reach client retention, satisfaction and revenue goals.
Nick has spent the last 17 years working within the health and life industry. Before joining Apex, he spent 13 years with a local benefits firm in Indianapolis. His previous roles included experience in claims processing, client services and account management — with his latest role as the director of client and member services. Nick holds an individual life and health insurance license and is a certified benefit plan administrator.
Nick is a native Hoosier and resides on the southside of Indianapolis with his wife (Wendy), two daughters (Emme, Olivia) and their golden retriever (George). They are members of Our Lady of the Greenwood Catholic Church. Nick is a dedicated high school and college football fan. On Friday nights you’ll find him cheering on the local high school football team, and on Saturdays he enjoys watching college football. Nick earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
