Matt partners with business owners to design and implement benefit solutions and financial strategies aimed at the long-term success of their business and the welfare of their employees. He conducts benefit and financial analyses to identify opportunities for employers to reduce medical plan expenses and improve employee well-being while maintaining the company’s business culture.

Matt has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and has worked as a benefits advisor since 2005. He specializes in working with self-funded medical plans where strategy, innovation and data create intervenable moments to positively impact healthcare costs and outcomes.

Matt was born and raised in New England and graduated from the University of New Hampshire. He married into a Purdue family and attends several Boilermaker football and basketball games each year. He and his wife live in Indianapolis and have two adult daughters. Matt is an Elder at Holy Cross Lutheran Church and volunteers at Gleaners Food Bank, Pack Away Hunger and Habitat for Humanity. He is also a cyclist for the American Diabetes Association Tour de Cure and the Hancock Flat 50.
