As a team of benefits strategists, we work hard every day to make sure we’re exceeding client expectations and providing the most innovative and value-generating plan designs and advisory services.
Margaret develops and guides the overall marketing and communications strategy to effectively advance Apex Benefits’ brand, solutions and services.
Her 30-year career has been dedicated to helping health care, manufacturing, tech and real estate companies grow through branding, marketing, PR and business development initiatives. She’s a believer in data-driven decision making — mixed with a bit of gut instinct and a lot of creativity.
Margaret has had the privilege of counseling entrepreneurs and seasoned executives in developing growth strategies, generating national press, launching effective lead generation campaigns, positioning new products and building profitable brands. Prior to joining Apex, she ran her own full-service marketing firm full time and spent 15 years in health care marketing and strategic planning.
Margaret earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a master’s degree in Public Relations from Ball State University. She is a Certified Mentor with Engage Mentoring. In addition to work activities, she enjoys taking Pilates classes, working on home improvement activities and exploring craft breweries. The more bitter the beer the better, she says.
