Lynn Maxwell serves as Sales Operations Manager for the Apex Business Development Team. Her primary objective is to lead, coach and develop early career sales advisors and sales operations professionals. She helps to refine lead suspecting, discovery and prospecting decisions as well as strategy development and accountability. She collaborates closely with the marketing team to improve departmental alignment across lead generation, advertising and communications programs.
Before joining Apex Benefits in 2023, Lynn worked with companies such as Northwestern Mutual and USI to successfully refine CRM systems for end users and empower them to navigate challenges and meet goals. She has deep experience within the Dynamics 365 platform and is dedicated to unlocking its full potential for Apex.
Lynn has a personal passion for health and an amazing group of fitness friends that love to work hard and play even harder. Her hobbies include health coaching on the weekends and strength training early in the morning. Fitness began as a way of fixing generational health concerns and soon developed into a passion for being able to wear what she wanted from whichever department store she wanted it from. Lynn is a proud North Central High School Panther and Marian Knights. She has one daughter who lives in Maryland with a very spoiled grand-cat, Oya. Her daughter earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Central State University, an HBCU out of Ohio, and will be attending the University of Maryland.
