Lauren helps clients navigate the the complexities of healthcare while delivering a comprehensive employee benefits experience to their valued employees. She works with leadership teams to develop innovative strategies that lower costs and improve the overall employee experience. She conducts clinical and financial analyses on benefit plans, coordinates and negotiates with vendor partners, and prepares comprehensive client deliverables.

Prior to joining Apex in March of 2022, Lauren worked in the employee benefits industry for four years. She also spent nine years in retail banking as a banking center manager and loan officer. Lauren proudly serves on the board of directors for Science Central in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Lauren lives in Fort Wayne with her husband, two children and three pets. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, being active with her family and serving the local community. She also aspires to taste all the food and wine the world has to offer.
