Lauren works on the HR team as the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist covering a variety of responsibilities including the responsibility of the hiring, onboarding, and retention of employees. She executes strategies to foster the talent pipeline and ensure Apex has a strong pool to continue growing our team, leading the onboarding experience, and continuing to build employee engagement through internal events and volunteer opportunities.
Before joining Apex, Lauren worked as a professional sales recruiter and medical software sales account executive. While her experience and passion for recruitment and retention started with her sorority’s recruitment and marketing teams, she also has gained more experience working in marketing, branding, and advertising throughout her undergraduate career.
Lauren graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs in human resource management and a minor in marketing and is currently pursuing her MBA through Butler University.
