Kristi helps manage and coordinate client service activities and acts as the primary contact for retention and growth of group business accounts. She collaborates with advisors to make sure clients’ goals are met through strategic planning — while striving to nurture and maintain excellent client relations and consultation best practices.

Before joining Apex, Kristi worked as a customer service associate at another local broker. She has over 20 years in the industry with skills ranging from sales, marketing, and customer service, to licensing, case management and account management. She has worked for TPA’s, brokerage firms, and insurance companies. Kristi received her NAHU Account Manager Certification in 2021 and holds an active Indiana Life and Health License.

Kristi lives in Noblesville with her son, dog and two cats. She enjoys going to the movies, considers herself an amateur photographer and loves spending time with her two nieces who call her “Aunt Cookie.” She has served as a parent mentor with About Special Kids over the years, working with parents of children with mental and behavioral disabilities. Kristi has two bachelor’s degrees and a master’s degree in health education. The second bachelors’ degree and master’s degree were obtained from Purdue University Global while she was working full time and being a single mother to a teenager. During her time at Purdue University, Kristi served as a student mentor and was vice president of SNAK, the school’s student-run nutrition and wellness club. She’s passionate about health and wellness and developed her own wellness website with programs and educational content.
