Throughout her career, she has managed benefit administration, open enrollment, carrier reconciliations, client implementations, reporting, and process improvement while working closely with HR, payroll, and broker partners. She has also led teams, developed standard operating procedures, and mentored employees, earning a reputation for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to operational excellence.

Originally from the Boston area and having lived in California, Virginia, South Carolina, and now Indiana, Kaila enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life. Outside of work, she loves traveling, discovering new restaurants, photography, and creating memorable experiences with her two children.
