Joni collaborates with the Apex team and her clients to clearly define benefits goals and objectives. She leads the establishment and execution of client goals throughout the service cycle by managing communication, solution placement and carrier partner relations. She works closely with carrier partners to set up client programs in a timely manner, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate.
Joni joined Apex after 30+ years with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield where she held a variety of responsibilities in service operations, sales and client management for both local and national markets.
Joni is an active member of Holy Name Catholic Church where she grew up. In her spare time Joni enjoys spending time with her family and friends; she strives to stay healthy with group fitness and yoga classes.
