As a Kinetiq Health Program Manager, Jessica works with her clients to develop unique wellness programs designed to improve the productivity and health of their employee demographic. Within this role, she engages in one-on-one health coaching, creates and implements health and wellness programs, and evaluates client-based needs to provide customized solutions to encourage a healthy workplace culture.

Jessica graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Kinesiology/Exercise Science and earned her personal training certification. Before coming to work at Apex, Jessica gained experience working in corporate fitness where she promoted a healthy workplace environment by providing services such as biometric screenings and health and wellness incentive programs. Jessica has also taught a variety of group fitness classes. Additionally, Jessica has had prior experience as a strength and conditioning coach where she utilized research-based strategies and exercises to educate individuals and improve physical performance. Jessica’s experience and education has allowed her to work with both large groups of people, as well as engage in one-on-one interactions. Her goal is to create impactful wellness programs and to improve the lives of the people she works with.

Jessica enjoys spending time with friends and family on the weekends. She is a supporter of the Indianapolis Humane Society, as well as Metazoa, a company that supports various animal and wildlife organizations. In her free time you can find her exploring downtown Indianapolis with her dog and being active.
