Jaya is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Gwynedd Mercy College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Michigan. Combining clinical expertise with a strong understanding of patient behavior, she provides compassionate, patient-centered care and collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary teams. Jaya is committed to delivering high-quality care white supporting the physical and emotional well-being of every patient.

Prior to joining Apex, Jaya served as a Director of Nursing at a home care agency, where she oversaw clinical operations, ensured compliance with regulatory standards, and maintained high-quality patient care. In this role, she supervised nursing staff, developed care plans, and implemented best practices to improve patient outcomes. Her leadership experience strengthened her ability to manage teams, streamline processes, and deliver compassionate effective care in a home health setting.

Outside of work, Jaya enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new travel destinations and relaxing with a good book. She also appreciates being outdoors, whether it’s enjoying nature, staying active, or simply unwinding in fresh air.
