As the Manager of Marketing and Business Intelligence, Jacki works in tandem with data owners and analysts throughout the organization. She is responsible for sourcing, collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations that drive growth of the organization. This includes utilizing market research methodologies and platforms, creating effective data visualizations, and critically analyzing large datasets to pull out trends and actionable opportunities.

Jacki is a data-driven marketing professional with over 20 years of experience. The majority of her career has been with FORUM Credit Union, serving most recently as Business Intelligence Analyst. She enjoys telling stories and creating visualizations with data to make it easier to understand and to help make better-informed business decisions.

Jacki received her bachelor’s degree in English and Journalism from Ball State University and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Anderson University. She lives in Noblesville with her husband, two teenage daughters and their basset hound Hank. She enjoys spending time with her family, serving at church and watching her daughter’s sporting events.
