As a Clinical Account Director, Griffin develops and executes the strategy to provide day-to-day clinical consulting and account management to ensure effective execution of Innovative Rx client objectives and PBM contracts. He leads client engagements, interprets complex benefit designs, monitors pharmacy performance, and guides decision-making around high-cost drugs and formulary strategy.

Griffin earned his Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Business Administration from Butler University in 2022, and his Master of Science from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill in 2024. He resides in Carmel, IN with his wife, Molly and son, Baker. Outside of work, Griffin enjoys spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors hunting or fishing, and rooting on his favorite sports teams – Colts, Pacers, Butler basketball and IU football.
