Emily works with employers to manage their health and welfare benefit plans, helping to develop and implement strategies that align with their key goals and priorities. She also leads the request for proposals (RFP) process and oversee the implementation and execution of annual open enrollment.

Prior to joining Apex, Emily accumulated over 18 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. For the past nine years, she worked at a leading consulting firm, where she leveraged her in-depth knowledge of insurance carriers to guide clients through the complexities of employer-sponsored benefit programs. Her expertise allowed her to develop tailored solutions that addressed each client’s unique needs, ensuring compliance, cost-efficiency, and employee satisfaction.

Outside of work, Emily is a devoted mother and deeply involved in her community. She has played a key role in chairing various committees, focusing on raising awareness and organizing fundraising efforts for local causes. Additionally, Emily has dedicated her time to coaching youth sports, helping to develop young athletes both on and off the field. In her downtime, she enjoys traveling to new destinations and reading, always seeking new experiences and knowledge to enrich her life.
