Emily is responsible for providing excellent account service support and promoting account retention. She has spent many years in customer service/patient care and enjoys maintaining positive client relationships to ensure clients are satisfied and informed.

Prior to joining Apex Benefits, Emily worked as a dental assistant for an endodontic office for 2 years, where she was the lead assistant. During this time, she was responsible for providing excellent patient care to all of her patients as well as anticipating any and all needs of the doctors she was assisting.

In her spare time, Emily enjoys going to the movies with her fiancé, reading books on her Kindle, and cuddling with her yellow labrador. She loves to stay busy by spending time with her friends and family.
