Carrie works with Apex advisors, account executives and account service representatives as a contributor to the Client Services and Engagement team. She compiles employee benefits options from various carriers to package the most valuable and relevant benefit choices to meet each client’s strategy and needs.

Prior to joining Apex, Carrie spent over 20 years in Human Resources in a variety of roles – and her favorite aspect was benefits. She has worked in several different industries including a mortgage company, hospitals of all sizes, a third party benefits administrator and a defense contractor. Carrie has a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Ball State University and recently obtained her Group Benefits Administrator certification.

As a Hoosier native who moved back from Tucson, Arizona, Carrie enjoys cooking, baking, growing vegetables and flowers, spending time with her great nieces and nephews as well as traveling anywhere – especially to sunny locations, historical places and museums.
