Carol joined team Apex in September 2023 as Senior Account Service Representative. She supports the client engagement team by aiding with client onboarding and renewals. Additionally, she works with her own clients to provide answers to questions and solutions to challenges.

Prior to joining Apex, Carol worked at Anthem for 44 years — experiencing a breadth of roles during her tenure. She leverages her experience and expertise on the carrier side to ensure our clients receive the best service possible.

Carol is a team player who works in harmony with her colleagues. She has been a caretaker for many years and knows the value and importance of caregiving when it comes to family. She brings this spirit and mindset to every client and member she supports on a daily basis.
