As Account Services Project Coordinator, Carmen provides Maxwell Health assistance in implementation, maintenance and is the internal point of contact and liaison for all user support questions. Carmen also ensures and facilitates the new client onboarding process to provide a smooth transition, as well as, provide support for the Account Services team by assisting with special projects.
Carmen came to Apex with 25+ years of industry experience, with most of those years in sales and service on the carrier side. Since coming to Apex, she has served in different capacities within the organization.
Carmen relocated to Fishers in 2000 from Chicago and remains true to her hometown sports teams; she is an avid Bears and Blackhawks fan. She enjoys spending time with her husband Ray and their dog Lovie. Carmen is bilingual (Spanish), has two daughters and seven grandchildren.
