As a Kinetiq Health Program Manager, Ali works to understand the unique qualities of each client, so she can help design, implement and grow wellness programming and offerings. She focuses her time cultivating relationships by identifying both strengths and growth edges to developing client-specific initiatives. Ali is committed to seeing an employer’s population through a holistic lens, which ensures investments are not only creating a culture where top talent stays but more importantly thrives. By focusing on the details, organization and implementation of successful and engaging programming, Ali helps client’s visions become reality.

Prior to coming to Apex Benefits in April of 2019, Ali began her career working as an elementary school counselor for seven years. During that time, she completed her Health Coaching and Life Coaching certifications through Health Coach Institute and made her way to Wellness. She has worked in various onsite and near-site clinics as a health coach and sees individual coaching clients privately. Ali’s undergraduate degree is in Sociology and she has a Masters in Counselor Education. Ali is also a Certified Yoga Instructor and is currently taking classes to complete a Post-Masters certificate to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Ali attended DePauw University for her undergraduate degree where she was an All-American golfer. She received her Master’s degree from IUPUI. Ali is married and has two children, Tyson and Jorie. Ali is from Lafayette has lived in Indiana her whole life. She and her family recently moved to Westfield. In her free time, Ali enjoys spending time with her family, being outside, watching sports and being active.
