Alex works with her clients to create and implement wellness programs for employees with the goal of improving everyone’s overall health and wellness. Within this role, Alex uses data driven initiatives to target specific parts of employee wellness and well-being.

Prior to joining Apex, Alex worked at the Indiana Department of Health as a Communications and Partnerships Director for their cancer team. She was responsible for developing relationships between the health department and external partners while also creating detailed health resources for the public. While at IDOH, Alex composed two Indiana State proclamations declaring Lung Cancer Screening Day in Indiana.

Alex earned her degree from Wittenberg University in 2019 where she also played four years of collegiate basketball. Outside of work she enjoys spending time at the lake, reading, trying new dinner recipes, and running. Alex lives on Indy’s west side with her husband and their ten-year-old dog, Kevin.
