Rhonda is responsible for operational excellence and continuous improvement projects within the Client Services business unit and manages the Account Service Support team.
Rhonda has over 20 years of experience leading global cross-functional projects involving change management, new product implementation, business process improvement, software implementation, process development for compliance & training, business transformation and customer relationship management. Her background also includes supervising various customer service teams who handled escalated customer service issues, marketing support and business planning. Rhonda holds a BS from Purdue University, has completed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and is a PMI certified project management professional. She is active in the local chapter of PMI.
While Rhonda is an Indiana native, her career has involved international travel which she greatly enjoys and allows her to expand her understanding of other cultures and build friendships around the world. Rhonda and her husband love to spend time with their two adult children and their three grandchildren who all live in the Indianapolis area.
