DESCRIPTION: We have heard about it for years, mindfulness.  We know the studies show that it improves attention, decreases burnout, improves sleep, and generally reduces all the things (stress, anxiety, pain, depression, insomnia, high blood pressure).  Here we find ourselves deep in all the things.  How and where do we start, as we’ll try anything at this point?  In this short webinar, we discuss what it is and examples of mindfulness exercises that can be done during a pandemic, homeschooling, quarantines, and all the general madness of our current environments.
