Harenberg will lead an exclusive presentation, “Becoming a Pharmacy Benefits Hero,” focused on pharmacy trends and how HR professionals can manage rising pharmacy costs on August 13.

On August 14, Harenberg and Michaels will team up for an interactive session, “The Balancing Act: Putting Health Back into Health Insurance,” to discuss the balancing act that employers face between offering competitive healthcare plans with more choices for employees and finding ways to control costs for their organizations.

“Our main objective for this presentation is to help employers and leaders in HR recognize ways they can bridge the gap between the cost of healthcare and the quality of healthcare for employees when working toward the goal of improving retention and company loyalty. We will also be sharing findings from the 2019 Apex Benefits Employee Benefits Benchmarking Survey to educate attendees on the current state of the Indiana benefits market and the driving forces behind those high costs,” says Michaels.
