As part of Kinetiq Health, Andrea provides mental health case management services to employees in workplace settings. She collaborates with a multidisciplinary wellness team to deliver comprehensive care, including mental health assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and both individual and group therapy.

Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Ball State University and a master’s degree in social work from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). Her diverse experience spans school social work, acute and long-term mental health treatment, and macro-level practice.

Outside of work, Andrea stays busy with her four children and enjoys CrossFit and outdoor activities. She’s passionate about volunteering with causes close to her heart, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with friends.
