Wellness Wednesday: HITT

 

If you are one of the millions of Americans wanting to incorporate more exercise into your 2018 routine, you might have looked into high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Consisting of short bursts of near maximal effort (20-45 seconds) followed by a small period of rest (10-30 seconds), HIIT will be the top fitness trend this year, according to the Worldwide Survey of Fitness Trends. Ready* to get going, but not sure where to start? Below are body weight exercises that can be performed at home, at the gym or even the office. Run through this list 2-3 times for a quick, but effective workout!
