Brittney is the CFO at F. A. Wilhelm Construction. She oversees the Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Risk Management functions of a $1.4B company celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2023. In her 7-year tenure with Wilhelm, the company’s revenue has nearly tripled. She has her undergraduate degree and MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and was named to the IBJ’s 40 under 40 list earlier this year.

Matt Dusing serves as the Director of Human Resources at Franklin College. He has over sixteen years of human resource leadership experience in academia, manufacturing, and state government organizations. The insights Sarah provides when reviewing clinical and pharmacy claims and financial data often goes beyond the insurance implications, down to the individual member level.

Sarah has over nine years of health care experience, in both the clinical and business settings.  Her background as a Registered Nurse, currently working PRN at Riley Hospital for Children, brings forth a unique perspective in health care trends and chronic condition management. She also was instrumental in starting the adolescent inpatient behavior health unit at Riley.

Amy Ball, PharmD

President, Innovative Rx Strategies

Amy Ball, PharmD, is the president of Innovative Rx Strategies. In this role she is responsible for all aspects of leadership for the company. Her expertise and focus on clinical, contract and operational strategies has helped employers make sound clinical drug coverage decisions and uncover cost savings opportunities while maximizing the value of their pharmacy benefits.

Over the past 30 years, she has worked for or consulted with health care organizations, hospital systems, national health plans, PBMs and large, self-funded employers across the United States.
