Brittney is the CFO at F. A. Wilhelm Construction. She oversees the Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Risk Management functions of a $1.4B company celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2023. In her 7-year tenure with Wilhelm, the company’s revenue has nearly tripled. She has her undergraduate degree and MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and was named to the IBJ’s 40 under 40 list earlier this year.
Matt Dusing serves as the Director of Human Resources at Franklin College. He has over sixteen years of human resource leadership experience in academia, manufacturing, and state government organizations.
