The event will focus on healthcare trends as well as strategies for employers to improve affordability of healthcare benefits for their organizations and plan members/employees. The IBJ reports there will be several subjects presented for discussion including Medicare Advantage and high deductible health plans (HDHPs).

Jackson recently spoke to nearly 200 Indiana employers at the Apex Benefits Indiana Employee Benefits Benchmarking Report reveal event at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. He spoke on healthcare trends, which included the potential for directed care contracting to save employers on high-cost claims and reduce out-of-pocket healthcare expenses for their employees.
