Carmen works alongside Account Executives and Advisors providing support and fostering client relations, account retention, and business development. Carmen also has responsibilities for the implementation and ongoing services of enrollment technologies.
Carmen came to Apex with several years of industry experience, with most of those years in sales and service on the carrier side. Since coming to Apex, she has served in different capacities from day to day service of clients to serve as a market analyst.
Carmen relocated to Fishers in 2000 from Chicago and remains true to her hometown sports teams; she is an avid Bears and Blackhawks fan. Carmen enjoys spending time with her husband, Ray, and their dog, Lovie. She is bilingual (Spanish), has two daughters and seven grandchildren.
