I often get asked – can the ROI of a wellness program really be measured?

The answer is yes – and no.

It really depends on your company’s priorities when it comes to wellness programming.

For instance – if you utilize clinical claims data to identify areas of risk – you can then design a lifestyle management program to address the health and behaviors of those employees at risk. Through education and intervention — you can certainly measure the impact.

So how does your wellness program compare to hundreds of other Indiana employers? Is more or less effective?

Do your competitors dedicate more resources to wellness programs and employee wellbeing?

What about mental health – how does your organization compare to what others are doing to support employees through stressful times?
