Apex Benefits is proud to announce it has been named a “Best Place to Work” in Indiana for the 13th consecutive year.
The award is announced annually by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. It was created in 2006. Apex has been named to the list for 13 straight years and is also a Hall of Fame company.
“Every year brings new challenges, and our company continues to face them together,” said Apex Vice President of HR and Administration Stephanie DiBlasio. “The team has really engaged with our initiatives to improve well-being through mental, emotional, financial and physical health programs. They bring ideas to the table, like our latest addition of Me-Time-Off and they truly are the reason we are a Best Place to Work.”
The Workforce Research Group handled the selection process. They determine the best places to work in the state with employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys.
Company rankings will be unveiled at an awards event hosted by trueU on May 10.
